Once you enroll in our program, you’ll be paired with a college admissions coach who will begin by assessing your academic and extracurricular profile. Together, you’ll ideate short-term and long-term goals for your admissions profile to help you build a competitive college application.

You’ll have pre-determined, virtual, one-on-one sessions with your college admissions coach where you’ll dive deeper into possible leadership opportunities, college and major exploration, different components of the college application, and course selection for the coming year.

Halfway through the program, you’ll participate in our Spring Profile Review, where a committee of admissions professionals will review your existing application materials like extracurricular activities, passion projects, academic performance, and sample essays to suggest how to develop your profile further in the coming years.

By the end of 9th grade, you’ll have a strong application foundation to take on the rest of your high school career with confidence!

Spring Profile Review (SPR) is an exclusive program feature that allows students to get a glimpse of how an admissions committee would review their application materials. Explore in detail what to expect from SPR as a freshman:

Receive feedback and critiques from a team of admissions professionals who will communicate areas to improve upon or where you can strategically pivot to better show your story.
Demonstrate your writing skills through reflective writing prompts that will help prepare you to write your personal statement and supplemental essays later on in the application process. You’ll use the provided feedback to enhance your writing alongside the guidance of your coach.
Present your extracurricular profile, academic performance, potential majors, and any other application materials to the team for review. You’ll work with your coach to implement the feedback by finding ways to develop your profile further and adjust your long-term goals accordingly.
