Prepory’s Career Coaching program, Sprout, is a 90-day intensive that pairs you with a Career Coach who will guide you from beginning to end of the job search process. Through Sprout, clients complete an interest/aptitude assessment to explore strengths and weaknesses, identify target companies, salary, target geographies, receive tailored positions to apply to, collaborate with your career coach to draft several versions of your resume and cover letter, obtain a LinkedIn upgrade, participate in mock interviews, learn how to negotiate compensation packages, and receive ongoing support during your career search process.
We recognize that each career search process is unique, so we have options for a-la-carte or other types of engagements. Contact us at info@prepory.com directly to learn more.
Prepory career coaches are full-time team members that have worked across several industries including recruiting, management consulting, education, law, marketing, and human resources.
You and your career coach will communicate via phone, email, and video conference. The majority of the 90-day career coaching program occurs via regularly scheduled video conferences. You and your career coach will work together to select a time that works best for you to meet.
While Prepory Career Coaching alumni are hired 30% faster than the market average, there are no guarantees in the career search process. Our goal is to support job seekers and ensure our clients have the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully navigate the career search process, land a job, and negotiate a healthy salary.
In addition to your scheduled sessions, your career coach works behind the scenes to source positions, edit your career collateral, and strategize career plans for you. In total, your career coach will spend between 75 to 100 hours working towards your success.
Absolutely not. There are no requirements stipulating the nature or type of employment that participants choose after program completion.
The Career Coaching program consists of 2 – 4 hours per week. The first month and a half of the program will involve intensive career coaching and assistance. The following month and a half of the program will be responsive to where you are in your job search process (e.g. interview prep and follow up for specific positions). Sessions will last about an hour and will be flexible according to your schedule. You’ll also receive unlimited support from your career coach via email and phone.
Your assigned career coach will provide you with both general and personalized advice. The job search process is extremely nuanced, so our program is tailored to serve your needs, improve your strengths, and minimize your weaknesses.

Income share agreement
You can participate in Sprout regardless of your employment status.
The minimum income threshold for this ISA is $40,000 per year ($3,333.33 per month). If your income falls below $40,000 per year ($3,333.33 per month), your payments will pause with no penalties or interest. Your payments will resume when your income is above the minimum income threshold.
Our servicing partner, Vemo, reaches out to request employment verification information (e.g. recent pay stubs) and get you set up for easy, seamless processing of your ISA.
Yes. You can cancel within one week (7 calendar days), so there is no risk in trying it out and benefiting from risk-free career coaching.
The program is completely free until you’re hired and making at least $40,000. Once you’re earning $3,333.34 per month ($40,000 per year), you’ll pay 10% of your income for 12 months.
An ISA is a contractual agreement in which a participant does not pay money upfront for services. In this case, the participant would not pay for Prepory’s career coaching services, Sprout, upfront. After the three month program and the three month grace period are over and the participant is earning at least $40,000 per year ($3,333.33 per month), the participant shares 10% of post-program income over 12 months.
Even though the ISA adjusts according to income, the minimum income threshold creates and maintains expectations for both the participant and the company. If the participant completes the program and is not earning $40,000 per year ($3,333.33 per month) (a year or more within five years), the participant will never pay for the program. Conversely, the payment cap protects participants who earn a substantial amount of income from paying an exorbitant amount of money for the services provided.
Although 10% of your salary for 12 months sounds like a lot, Sprout participants cut the average job search process by 1.5 months. Therefore, the program pays for itself. Your coach will even help you negotiate your salary and benefits package to help you earn the most for your level of expertise. Additionally, with an ISA, Prepory and our client are incentive aligned. Most career coaching services have higher upfront costs with no method of holding the service provider accountable to provide a results-oriented offering.

If you have completed 60% or less of the Program through the last day of programming, you will be responsible for 100% of your ISA payments (with the full payment cap) for your Program. For the purpose of determining the amount of the refund, the date of the coach’s withdrawal shall be deemed the last date of recorded attendance.
