Prepory Coaching Group Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Prepory Coaching Group. Our team is honored to provide you with our innovative counseling and guidance services to help you meet your educational and professional goals. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy to ensure that you have a complete understanding of our terms and conditions. 

Refund Eligibility

For programs with a duration of 12 months or more (9th, 10th, 11th grade):

  1. Requests for a refund up to 30 days from the date of enrollment will cause clients to be refunded 75% of the total program fee, or in the case of families paying in four installments, refunded zero dollars (as 25% will have been paid), but released of all obligations for any future payments.
  2. Requests for a refund on or after 31 days from the date of enrollment, and up to 60 days from the date of enrollment will cause clients to be refunded 50% of the total program fee, or in the case of families paying in four installments, refunded zero dollars (as 50% will have been paid), but released of all obligations for any future payments.
  3. Requests for a refund on or after 61 days from the date of enrollment, and up to 90 days from the date of enrollment will cause clients to be refunded 25% of the total program fee, or in the case of families paying in four installments, refunded zero dollars (as 75% will have been paid), but released of all obligations for any future payments.
  4. No refunds are issued for any clients on or after 91 days from the date of enrollment. 

 For Dash and Endurance:

  1. Requests for a refund up to 30 days from the date of enrollment will cause clients to be refunded 75% of the total program fee, or in the case of families paying in four installments, refunded zero dollars (as 25% will have been paid), but released of all obligations for any future payments.
  2. No refunds are issued for any clients on or after 31 days from the date of enrollment.

 For Dart, Zoom, Sprint, a la carte, or any other programs or services not mentioned above:

  1. No refunds are issued for any clients at any time.

Refund Process 

To request a refund within the eligibility periods outlined above, please contact a member of the Prepory program leadership team via email, or send an email to support@prepory.com, or call our office at (929) 244-3365 clearly stating your request for a refund. Please provide all necessary identifying information pertaining to the purchase, including but not limited to the full name of the student or students being serviced and date of the transaction.

Refund Policy Changes

Prepory reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our Refund Policy will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
