How the EB-5 visa works

1 Invest in your future

Initiate your family’s journey by making a significant investment in targeted areas needing economic support, laying the groundwork for job creation and development in the U.S.

This investment grants you conditional residency for two years. During those two years, possibilities in the U.S. education and workforce are limitless.

By demonstrating that the investment has led to the creation of at least 10 full-time jobs, you’ll be granted permanent U.S. residency.

With permanent residency secured, you’ll have an easier time applying to prestigious U.S. colleges and universities as a domestic student, enjoying wider access to educational resources and benefiting from lower tuition rates.
